**Shipping Policy**

At Dekho Local, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and related processes.

**1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes**

We offer a Same-Day Delivery service within the designated geographic regions. Orders placed before 5 p.m. will be delivered on the same day. However, in some cases, delivery may extend beyond the same day due to unforeseen circumstances. We estimate the delivery time to be within 3-5 hours for eligible orders.

**2. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping**

We offer free shipping for orders that meet certain conditions. The eligibility criteria for free shipping will be clearly displayed on our platform. For orders that do not meet the criteria, shipping fees will apply. Shipping fees may vary based on factors such as distance and other relevant considerations. Shipping/delivery fees received by the customer will not be refunded in any case. Please note that shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.

**3. International Shipping and Geographic Scope**

We currently operate within specific geographic regions within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

**4. Order Fulfillment and Responsibilities**

We adopt a combination of vendor and centralized fulfillment methods. Vendors are responsible for packaging their products according to our guidelines. Each vendor is required to create a white-labeled package with the Dekho Local logo prominently displayed. This packaging process must be completed within 30 minutes of order notification. In rare cases, a 60-minute extension may be allowed.

**5. Delayed or Missed Deliveries**

For instances of delayed or missed deliveries, please refer to the information provided in the "Order Fulfillment and Responsibilities" section above.In Parcel shipping Dekho Local or Deliveryman will not be responsible for loss of your product, We advice the person sending the parcel shouldn't not send anything costly.

**6. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy**

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are limited to a period of 2 Bussiness days from the date of delivery. Payments to vendors for completed orders will be processed within 48 hours after the end of the return/refund/exchange period. Any deviation from this policy may be decided by the admin on a case-by-case basis. Return, refund, or exchange requests must be supported by valid reasons and approved by the admin. Refund will be paid in to customer wallet of Dekho Local.

**7. Product Types and Return/Exchange Eligibility**

- Perishable Goods: Return/exchange policy does not apply. Refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Fragile Items: Vendors and delivery personnel are responsible for safely delivering fragile items. Any damages incurred during delivery will be investigated and actions taken accordingly.
- Hazardous Items: Vendors are prohibited from listing or delivering hazardous items.
- Single-Use/Furniture Products: Generally not eligible for return/exchange/refund. Admin discretion may apply.

Other list which are not applicable for return/refund/exchange are 

  1. Perishable Food Items:

    • Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable food items that have a limited shelf life.
  2. Personal Care and Hygiene Products:

    • Products that come in direct contact with the body, such as cosmetics, skincare items, and grooming products.
  3. Intimate Apparel:

    • Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate clothing items due to hygiene reasons.
  4. Customized or Personalized Items:

    • Products that have been customized or personalized based on customer specifications.
  5. Digital Downloads:

    • Digital products such as e-books, software, and downloadable content.
  6. Opened or Used Items:

    • Items that have been opened, used, or assembled, especially if they can't be resold as new.
  7. Hazardous Materials:

    • Products classified as hazardous materials or containing flammable, toxic, or dangerous substances.
  8. Health and Medical Products:

    • Prescription medications, medical devices, and health-related products.
  9. Hygiene Products:

    • Products like toothbrushes, razors, and personal hygiene items that have been used.
  10. Perfumes and Fragrances:

    • Fragrance products that have been opened or used.
  11. Event Tickets:

    • Tickets for events, concerts, and shows.
  12. Final Sale Items:

    • Items explicitly marked as "final sale" or sold as clearance products.


**8. Delivery Guarantees and SLAs**

We do not offer specific delivery guarantees or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at this time.

**9. Customer Responsibilities**

Customers are encouraged to follow the provided guidelines and instructions during the packaging opening process. Any discrepancies or issues should be reported to us for resolution.

**10.Cancellation Policy**

Dekho Local can cancel any order anytime due to the food/products' unavailability, out of coverage area, and any other unavoidable circumstances.Customer can cancel before confirmation of order,  After the order confirmed it could not be cancelled and hence delivery fee will not be refunded to customer wallet at Dekho Local.

**10. Guideline Changes**

Guidelines and instructions provided to vendors, delivery personnel, and customers may change over time. It is the responsibility of all parties to stay updated on these changes. Dekho Local will not be held responsible for any discrepancies arising from failure to follow guidelines.All dispute are subject to Patna Hight court only.
